Application

    The heat shielding is make up of multiple layers of tungsten sheet with spaces between each layer. Generally, a heat shielding often consists of 3 - 7 layers of 6 tungsten sheet backed by stainless steel sheet. For higher operation temperatures, the number of tungsten layers is increased as well as the thickness of each layer.

    As the heat-shield parts in the sapphire growth furnace, the most decisive function of upper and  bottom cover plate is to prevent and reflect the heat in the furnace. Heat-shield parts with high-density, exact-measurement, smooth-surface, convenient-assembly and reasonable-design has great significance in improving the crystal-pulling.
